Central Quick Stop Inc

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I did not have time to go insearch of food, so I decided to order from one of the menus in the hotel room. I place a delivery order for a chicken ceasar salad and was told it would be approx 20 minutes. That work's , right! An hour passes and I call back. The lady tells me they are just arriving and would be 1 minute. Another 15 minutes pass and I call again, this time I recieved the infamous "pick-up and hang-up". By the time I give up and eat leftover pizza, the delivery guy shows up... a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes after I placed the order (for a salad, mind you.....not a well done steak). I explained to the gentlemen that I did not want the food and explained why. He leaves, returns again another 30 minutes later. After a couple phone calls, his manager tells him that if I do not pay for the food, that they will call the cops. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! By the time all is said and done, the delivery guy was told he had to pay for it, which I do not thnk is right either. It wasn't his fault that they did not let him even leave to start making the deliveries (on opposite sides of town) until already one hour past the time I placed the order. I feel bad for the kid, but this place desperately needs new management!
