        Crews Home Appliance Service- Crews Appliance is a family owned and operated appliance repair company that has been servicing the St. Louis area since 1991 with great customer satisfaction. Crews Appliance Repair provides mobile in-home appliance repair service to the greater St. Louis, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County areas. We are proud to be located in such a vibrant and rich community that experiences everything from storms, to high intensity soccer matches and much more. Our professionally trained technicians provide exceptional refrigerator repair, washer repair, dryer repair, stove repair, and all major appliance repair. Serving both residential and commercial clients, we have the know-how to get your appliances working again fast! Our prices are usually better than our competitors, as well as offer same day service. We charge $49 dollars for local service calls. This covers the initial visit to come check out your appliance and tell what you is wrong with it. If you decide that you want the appliance fixed, the service fee is waived. You are only left with the cost of the repair and the parts. Fee's vary depending of the nature of the problem and repair.         The power cord on my less than 2 year old stove burned in half and when I called Home Depot they said I had to "figure it out" because I didn't buy the extended warranty. I found the below reviews about Gary and gave him a call. He was very responsive and I explained my problem. He ordered my parts that day before my appointment so that he would have the necessary supplies when he came. He was easy to get a hold of when figuring out times, professional in appearance and he explained what he was fixing through the process. No corners were cut and he was very polite the entire time he was in my home. I'd call him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Gary!

        I found Crews Appliance repair online and called because it had good reviews and it is close to my home. When I called, I left a voicemail and was called back within minutes of leaving the message. Gary was able to come look at my dishwasher the same day and had a very reasonable service fee. I had to order some parts to fix my dishwasher and it took a few weeks for Whirlpool to send the parts to me but the day I received the parts I called Gary and he was able to come install them the same day. He actually arrived about 15 minutes after I called him. Gary is very nice and reliable. I will be calling him for my next appliance repair. His labor rates are also reasonable.

        Overall

        Clothes washer broke down and was making really weird sounds when I tried to turn it on. I found Crews appliance on YP.com and figured I would give them a try because of their low rates. The person who answered the phone it would cost 49 dollars for them to come out and take a look at my washer. Once they did I had them fix it and the waived the $49 dollars to look at it. The person who came out was respectful and very knowledge able. overall it was a good experience and i would highly recommend that you use this service.
