Bankruptcy Attorney A

This woman showed up with 4 young children in tow who were unruly and running and yelling in the office. I told her bringing 4 kids to a lawyer's office probably wasn't the best idea. Plus..her case was not a simple case as her income was presumably too high to file a chapter 7 case & she had been running a business. The fee I quoted her was fair in consideration of the problems she presented. She then wanted to argue w/me about it & when she asked whether the consult was a free one I said that yes it was & that it was also our last one too I was so fed up with her. Told her I couldn't help her & she left. She responds by flaming me in her on-line review. No surprise to me folks when she said she had just been fired from a recent part time job as she had a chip on her shoulder from the moment she walked in. You make the call on this one folks. Same with the review that says we hate black people in my office...what nonsense as we make no distinction at all race/color or creed.

I have never met someone who shows such little disreguard and nastiness to potential clients. Don't waste your time with this one. Find someone who will treat you with the respect you deserve. The entire time he had an attitude, then attempted to horribly over charge me, and when I questioned the money then refused to work with me. Some people may feel that they are better than everyone else but there is a little saying of don't bite the hand that feeds you. That first person on the review obviously forgot to put one star instead of five.

You people are underhand and take poor people money never file ther bankruptcy. And are liers!!!

A plus for the office is the receptionists - they are very nice and professional (I dealt with two women on two separate days). However, I had the WORST experience I have EVER had when it came time for my consultation. Not only was the attorney NOT prepared (she didn't bother to review all of my paperwork until the time of my appointment, so my husband and I had to wait out in the reception area until she was done), but she also didn't greet us. In fact, she opened the door and told us to head to the left. Who doesn't at least introduce themselves to a potential client? If I didn't know any better, I would have thought she was another receptionist. A few minutes into our meeting, she had the nerve to answer her cell phone (without saying a word to us) and left the room. She came back, closed our file in front of us, and said she had to leave.
