        As the owner of Comin' Up Roses Yard Care, I focus on quality and performance. Turner Brothers pleased me with their service beyond my expectations. I was mowing a yard for the first time and the grass was 2+ feet around the house. Missed the AC cable and hit it with my stringtrimmer, cutting off service. I immediately called Turner Brothers for repair and their compassionate staff had a technician at the house within 1 hour!! Natasha and WC are awesome and the technician had my new client up and running just before the rain storm hit. Thank you very much to all at Turner Brothers for helping us and Comin' Up Roses Yard Care is forever grateful. Will be calling you in a couple of weeks to service my unit just to keep it fresh.         I rented a house and the property management (Wowza Realty) had Turner Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house.



        We were on vacation when they called me to schedule a fix. I told Matt (the technician) that I would schedule the repair when I got back. He called Wowza, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, to enter our house. Wowza gave him a key to our house and he claimed he came in through the door. We would have had no idea that anyone entered our house without us knowing; the clue that we knew someone entered was because our garage door’s wheels were off the rails. Since we don’t ever use the garage door, it was obvious he opened the garage door and made it worse.



        Wowza claimed no one opened the garage door. We know he opened the garage, the AC unit is in there. We were on vacation and flipped the breaker box switches to all the lights in the house so electricity wouldn’t be wasted. The AC guy would have had to open the garage to get light to fix the AC. How else would the garage wheels be off the rails?



        The AC was not fixed when we came back after all this turmoil. I can't believe that they went and got the key when I specifically told him I would contact him when I got back. This is never ok, it's disrespectful and rude.
