Total Access is "Awesome," and I never use that word!



Instead of the 2-4 hour wait at the ER, you get quick service with great nurses and doctors who know their stuff and help quickly. They even have good bedside manners, though you don't stay in bed. Thanks, thanks, thanks!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything was fully explained and all questions answered without making me feel like the questions were unnecessary or stupid. I have taken my son here before I had medical insurance and the rates were less then a normal doctor visit. Highly recommend, you will be happy you made this choice!

I walked in and was seen immediately. Was taken back to a room before the paperwork was filled out. Seen very prompty. Dr and nurses were great.

I walked in and before I could finish my paperwork they were walking me to the room. Each staff member was great about explaining what they were doing and why, as well as making sure I had no questions. I was in and out problem solved and they all assisted with smiles on their faces. Hope I don't need to go back, but won't mind if I have to.

Excellent patient care and customer service. You never have long wait times to be seen. I am always seen right away and even have the option to get my prescription(s) filled onsite, which is always a plus if you are very sick and do not feel like waiting on your local pharmacy to fill it.

It's hard to find an urgent care place open at 9pm on a Saturday. Thank goodness for Total Access! I had to take my 4yr son in for an ear infection. The staff was fast and friendly.

I credit the expertise and quick action of the Manchester office staff, in particular Dr. Hendricks, with very possibly saving my life on August 25th. They immediately determined the seriousness of my condition and took action, including starting me on IV treatment and relaying blood test results and other information to emergency room doctors prior to my arrival at the hospital. Although 80 people were ahead of me waiting for ER treatment, thanks to Dr. Hendricks the ER staff were informed and able to help me without delay.



I wholeheartedly recommend the Manchester Rd. office of Total Access Urgent Care to anyone in need of excellent health care.

Everyone upon entering very professional. Among most urgent care facilities in St . Louis this one being the most reasonably priced and affordable for uninsured people. Doctors actually take the time to listen and then they take the time to do a full exam to get to my underlying issues that I have been seen by 4 doctors over the past 3 months. None which fully examined and looked at the body for the infection I was complaining of. This facility did and for the first time less than 24 hours later and after 3 -4 months feeling like I have something crawling on me everywhere has ceased going back to normal and clearing up. Which was a bacterial and fungal issue. The difference between this facility and others pay for what you receive. This facility did not try and take me for my money and was up front the whole time. Very excited that I have sent out numerous emails and texts for the great service provided to me. Only if hospitals were like this. Obama care might not have been needed. Great job doctors and staff.

Super fast, super friendly. Extremely knowledgable and more than happy to answer questions and or volunteer information. Been to other urgent cares and simply put this is the best

So, I decided to see a doctor about my back spasms. Problem is, every time I try to make a new patient appointment, I get told that I can be seen in 3-4 months. Which doesn't work for me. So I Googled "Best Urgent Care in St. Louis." The top link was Yelp's page for Total Access Urgent Care. I went right after work, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. No appointment, and I was in an exam room in less than two minutes. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The doctor was fantastic. Overall, I cannot remember ever encountering a doctor's office where I felt like customer service was such a priority.

Have used facility four times. Quick service, excellent prices, staff courteous, professional and competent. Would recommend to anyone.

My son came in crying hysterically because of an ear infection. The staff was very concerned and got him seen immediately. They also rushed a dose of meds to help with the pain. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

I was very pleased with my visit today. I decided to pre-register online which was quick and easy. When I arrived at this location, I was quickly registered and immediately brought back into the treatment room. The facility was clean and comforting, and the rooms offer televisions to watch other than boring old medical magazines to rummage through. Every one that came in the room to assist me was so nice and welcoming. Despite coming in pain, I was very impressed with my visit and would highly suggest it to anyone else that would (unfortunately) need to visit an urgent care!

I got there at 8 am, I got straight in. Met many people and everyone was friendly and happy. They tested me for strep and I even filled my prescription there. It was a great experience.

Following a snowstorm here in the area, I needed to get to urgent care for a sinus infection and ear infection early one Sunday morning. After going to one closest to my house that was not open during it's scheduled hours I googled another clinic and found this one. As soon as i walked in I begin to fill out paperwork and was immediately taken to a room before I had even finished the forms. The room had its own TV to pass the time while I waited. The first doctor I saw was very personable, friendly, empathetic, and easy to talk to. Soon after I was visited by the physician and his assistant who gave me an exam and asked questions about my symptoms. He was very thorough in explaining to me what he was seeing and finding during my exam. He gave me his opinion and recommendation for my treatment and answered the questions I had. It was recommended that I have a shot. I am very afraid of needles and began to have anxiety. When the next doctor came in to administer the shot I let him know of my fear and my anxiety. He was very empathetic and did a fantastic job of calming my nerves and putting me at ease. He told me it would be over before I knew it. As I was looking away I barely knew it was going to happen when he did administer the shot. It was the best way I have ever been given a shot because I was actually comfortable as he engaged me in other conversation to distract me. All of the staff that I encountered was very professional and definitely let me know they hoped that I would feel better and would do what they could to help. This was hands-down one of the most efficient and pleasant doctors office visits I have ever experienced. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the St. Louis area as well as I would myself return for treatment if needed.

Amazing service. I haven't seen the price tag, but regardless, I am so happy I found this place. I had trouble getting into my GYN right away, so after reading reviews for Total Access, I went. They took a topic that could be slightly embarrassing and made me very comfortable. I waited barely 2 minutes and was in an exam room. Dr. Powers spent nearly an hour with me explaining and discussing things. I wish I could just make him my PCP! Compassion and time are two rarities in the fast paced medical industry, so to see that in an urgent care facility was mind blowing to me. They explained everything thoroughly to me and sent me on my way with medicine. Totally worth it.
