They did not do the job we needed done. In less than two weeks, the problem came back. I do not recommend them for any work what so ever. The lines should have stayed open longer than two weeks. I kept trying to work with the problem and even called out MSD to check their lines. My "30 days" was up by the time all of this took place so Byrd Plumbing would not come out again unless they could charge us another $200+ for the call. Needless to say, they will not get another opportunity to come into my house.
