Worst treatment that we have ever experienced.
We used the online printing option from the UPS Store website to print a PDF template that we had entered text into. After we picked up the printing we realized that the text that we typed into the file was not printed out on our printed copies. So, we looked at our online receipt to ensure that the confirmed image had the text correctly displayed...it was correctly displayed. Based on the fact that the confirmed image did not match the printouts, we fully expected the Telegraph UPS Store to acknowledge the problem, apologize, and fix the problem.
That was where things went a completely different direction. Immediately, the person at the counter said, the problem is "YOUR PROBLEM, NOT MINE", and that they would not reprint the material. My wife pulled out the receipt to show how the receipt did not match what was printed, and they began to raise their voice saying that it was our fault for not "flattening" the pdf before uploading it. They continued to berate us, calling us "ignorant" for not understanding that a PDF file must be flattened before it could be uploaded to their site. We calmly explained that the site did not mention the need to flatten the PDF file, and the fact that the site had us verify the printout, which we did, and it looked correctly on the website. They continued to argue loudly that we are responsible and that they will not reprint the images. We explained that they must correctly print the pages or refund our money. Eventually, they agreed to reprint the pages for us (correctly this time), all the while telling us "You better be thankful that we are doing this for you." and "We don't ever want your business again.". We asked for the workers names, and they boldly said, "We will happily give you our names, we are the owners!, Bill & Cathy Thompson!"
We have never been treated with such disrespect and overall rudeness as customers of a business. We are still in shock over their response, and unfortunately, Bill and Cathy have tarnished the reputation of a company that I have respected for years. Hopefully, corporate headquarters (we contacted them as well) will follow through and teach Bill and Cathy the appropriate way to handled customers.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been a customer of this UPS store for more than five (5) years. The manager Ron, and his staff, are both knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this store for any shipping needs as well an address or your business.
