The Cheesecake Factory

I've never had a bad meal here. Seems like I always eat too much. Think about dessert when you're ordering your entree. Save room for it. They must have 50 different kinds of cheesecakes. Used to have caramel chicken on the menu. I loved it but now it's gone. :(

I just returned from the galleria location and had a terrible experience. Waitress was fine and the chopped salad was wonderful but had a horrible pasts that my friend and I were splitting. It wasn't hot, the pasta was not cooked enough and it was incredibly bland. Two minutes after we had taken our first bite we told the waitress. She offered to get us something else but we declined as we couldn't stay much longer. However with a little on each plate and most in the bowl with little to nothing eaten by us they still charged us for the pasta. Manager did not bother talking with us and the place was very empty on a Wednesday night. Will be an extremely long time before we ever return.

Some employees do a good job, some do not. This applies to the front desk and the servers. They are the same as other chain restaurants, impersonable.

love love love the teriyaki chicken...nobody beats their cheesecake and the buffalo chicken blasts are the best appetizer hands down.

I love the Louisiana Chicken Pasta from The Cheesecake Factory. It's one of my favorite pasta dishes. I look forward to it everytime I go there. I always order extra sauce when I order it. I savor the taste and the pasta melts in my mouth. I wish I knew how to make it myself but since I don't, it gives me an excuse to visit The Cheesecake Factory.

Went to the Cheesecake Factory in Galleria before doing some Christmas Shopping and I felt like I had arrived in the North Pole!



The waitress was nice, the food was good. However, when I stopped one of the waiters and asked if they could do something about how cold it was in the restaurant, he replied "all of our booths are by air intake vents". Huh! So if you're seated in a booth, be prepared to freeze was the message!!!! I would have preferred him to indicate he would ask the management to turn the heat up. It was freezing.

If you like chain food this is the place for you. Not a place for foodies or people who like smaller places that care about service and food. The meal was overpriced for the quality. The service was bad and the whole experience wasn't worth the wait. You can find better cheesecake that's the ripoff of this place.
