Dr Sewall was my Cardiologist and when I was forced by my company into applying for short and longterm disability because of my heart condition ( I was forced to apply, I wanted to keep working). He completely botched my Claim form. He put down the I did have any restrictions that would keep me from doing my job. This after he has considered my condition severe enough to implant a defibrillator.

Because of his response, the insurance company called in a consulting physician who spoke wit Dr Sewall.

Now, I am out of work, no disability benefits and Sewall says it is not his fault because the consulting physician was the decision maker.

If he had properly filled in the restrictions that are associated with my having Myocardiopathy, no consultant would have been involved and I would be receiving disability payments.

It also screwed me for unemployment benefits because instead of laying me off my company put me on FLMA. You must be able work in order to draw unemployment checks. So, I am totally screwed because of Dr Sewall!
