Sentinel Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning

• Late Sunday afternoon I discovered a large pool of water on my bathroom floor. With the yellow pages I called all the well known large plumbing companies. All claimed to have 24/7 service. After 2 hours of phone tag, not one could make it to my St.Louis home until the next morning. I called Sentinel Plumbing and in about an hour Bill ( the owner) & tech were at my front door. By this time it was 8 PM. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I am an elderly woman and live alone. Bill explained what had to be done and gave the price before the work started. He was very professional and respectful. It is always a comfort to be treated in this manner during a time of crisis. I would recommend Sentinel to anyone and will call them first next time I need a plumber at my house.

I recently called Sentinel Plumbing to come out to my house. I was having a back flow problem with sewer water coming up in my basement. I work long hours, but owner Bill was able to work around my schedule. He explained the problem in words I could understand and helped me fix the issue within my budget. I hope he services this area as long as I live here, & I plan on recommending him to friends/family. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all you help.

Sentinel Plumbing has done work for our business many times. I manage a gym so we have quite a large facitlity. They are always extremely professional, reasonably priced, and quick to respond. They are the ONLY place we go to when having plumbing issues. If something isn't right they will make it right. Look at the reviews!!!

I had sentinel plumbing come out and install a shower in my master bath they came and installed when they said they would prices are fare and sentinel plumbing was very professional i recommend them if you need a good plumber

I called Bill with a large plumbing problem I had in a rental property I purchased. Not only was he on time and professional but he finished the job in less time than originally quoted. I feel I got an extremely fair price and couldn't be happier with the service i received. I highly recommend sentinel plumbing!

Bill gave me a written bid and he stuck to the price as agreed. Although the job took longer than he expected, he did complete the job as promised. We found more problems with the plumbing that wasn't obvious until the project got started, but he was able to put shut off's in for me so that the water supply to the rest of the house wasn't affected by the suprise. Over all his work has been very good, and I intend to have him do more work for me in the near future.

Sentinel came out quickly on a Saturday afternoon to replace a faucet. Bill took care of business in a methodical way. I am happy with my new faucet. I am very happy with the service. I will call them again!

i have always been sceptical of using internet organizations. I gutted out the entire bathroom and refinished everything; so I thought. I hired a company to do all of this but when they were paid they did not show back up to finish the job. I needed a working shower and tiolet with an 8 year old. I called Sentinel Plumbing because they were the first one I saw on the site. Mr. Billy and his assistant came right over on a Friday afternoon and had my tiolet, shower, and bathroom sink in within two hours. I will be calling this company back to do all of my plumbing work. They are mannorly, efficient, and reasonable with pricing.
