The customer service at this location is OUTSTANDING! The constantly go above and beyond what is needed to make the customer happy. I won't shop anyplace else for my appliances. Have even helped friends in other states with their orders.

We purchased a free standing stainless steel range the other day. The store saiespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were not pushy at all. Our only concern is that although we paid $100 extra for the stainless steel, we were never told that it was only stainless steel on the front. The sides are black and the rest of our appliances are white. The nice men who delivered the stove stated that people seemed shocked and upset on a regular basis because they all seem to expect an all over stainless steel appliance. When I contacted the store with my concern they did offer to replace it with a white stove, but there was no apology and they seemed completely unconcerned. When I reiterated that they really should inform customers who are buying free standing ranges that they are not really getting an all over stainless steel appliance, I got no reply at all and no acknowledgment that maybe they should have been a little more forthcoming. For this reason alone, I would probably not shop here again. On the surface it appears that they are intentionally deceiving customers.
