Customer service was excellent those guys really know their stuff when it comes to appliances would recommend them to any and everyone of my friends

Arguably the worst, most unreliable customer service ever. To boot, they are not skilled at their job and are unable to diagnose and treat seemingly simple appliance issues. Lastly, we could never get in touch with anyone at the call center when they missed scheduled appointments. This company deserves to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.
