Mertz Heating & Cooling

Apparently these guys are low staffed... or that's the excuse we got when they installed 1 AC unit for us, 3 days later that unit they installed was broken. We waiting multiple days for them to come back out totally understanding it's a busy season... Said they would come between 8am-12pm on day, and never showed. We called the company to complain and they said someone would call us at 4pm to notify what time a tech would be out.



Long story short, we were told the tech would be out at 7pm and would call on his way... the tech showed up long before 7pm with NO call to notify us... the tech asked us to call the owner of the company and get it sorted out, complaining that he was overworked and had a ton of calls to attend to and would not be able to make our service time - when I called the owner, he said he didn't want to work with us and hung up the phone.



I'm not one to complain, I'm extremely gracious... but this level of unprofessionalism and absurd service is beyond me.

Mertz was wonderful to deal with and after getting 3 bids fron different HVAC companies they had the best price by $1500.00, We highly recomend the Mertz team.
