The north county Ophthalmology practice was founded by Alan Tess, MD in 1968. Dr. Kraft took over the practice in 2003. Stephen Bowen, MD started practicing at Hampton Village in 1961 and retired in 2016. Doctor Kraft joined that location in 2000.
