General Info

Dr. Jose Eugenio-Colon provides minimally invasive surgical care for the treatment of pelvic pain and endometriosis. He specializes in laser excision surgery and uses Laparoscopic Excision (LAPEX) surgery as the principal surgical treatment for endometriosis. His research interests include pelvic pain, evidence-based and multi-specialty treatment of endometriosis, and development of algorithms for endometriosis treatment and follow up. Dr. Eugenio-Colon is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health, Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). Dr. Eugenio-Colon is interested in improving medical access in the Latin American community, as well as medical tourism.
