They do not stand behind their products. They do not accept returns on their sewing machines, period. I tried to return a machine, and was given an absolute answer of "NO" . They have a no return policy. The only option offered was that I could trade it in on a more expensive model. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said they would have someone call me, but no one ever did.
