Some out of state companies tried to charge me 50% down and my deductible, were using a low grade architectural shingle, and a few could not work with the insurance numbers. Jim only asked for 50% down when the materials were being delivered, saved my deductible, placed Certainteed Lifetime Architectural Shingles on the roof for the same cost, and worked expertly with my insurance company.

The work is professional, they kept the ground clean each day as they worked, his crews are from St. Louis.
