This Broker dropped me after several years because his office staff said I was rude with them. Of course I was not rude in the slightest...but I was frustrated that adding my new teen driver was turning into a weeks long ordeal. The Broker called and without hearing anything from me, just told me that they no longer wanted me as a customer. I'm not used to that low level of professionalism and disrespect of my time. I can only guess that working through the process of an actual claim would even be more painful with this agency. Per my experience....Customer Service is not a priority at this place.
