This is a place where you will go if you want more frauds, cheats, threats, harassments, troubles, and dangers in your life.



I have been there for more than 5 times which have involved battery, alternator, cooling system, fan, and eco system. of my car.



The front desk manager, an about 55-year old guy will literally threat you verbally if he hear you question his crews, who are basically there to cheat the customers. They charged you for inspections, and found the wrong answers, changed the wrongs parts, and then asked you to pay for another inspection, and changed another part that they later determined, on and on and on.



Guys, please save yourselves some troubles and pains, do not go here. It's not only a nightmare, it's a perfect example about how being a human should not be and how running a business should not do.



These people are cheaters and liars. They talk you down always because they always outnumber you.



This is my first city lived in the south of America, and gosh, now I surely know what the south is about: nothing but rude and violent "service", and no professionality At ALL. Get Away from this place.

I have had my old car repaired in this place for more than two years. Initially I thought such a big shop must be reliable and organized, but I was totally wrong. Here is my story:



My ten year old car broke down often unfortunately, and that's why I came in here almost every two or three months because I have been long customer of Firestone for years, and this place is closest to my home. The most unforgettable experience is one time my car can't start. I brought it to this shop and told them car can't start. They said I need to buy a battery check service, and I bought it. After examination, they said the car is good, no problem. So I spent $90 going home with so much wonder: if the car is really good, how come it didn't start? But I trusted them and did not ask further. Next day, when I was about to go to work in the morning, the car can't start again. I had to miss that day's work. I brought the car back to the shop and told them just over night, it can'r start again, why did you come up with the conclusion that the car is ok? Hearing me say this to a sales person in the counter, the manager (an older guy wearing glasses in his 50s I guess) used a very offensive attitude yelling to me "Then leave it here over night since you said it can't start just because 'over night' " You can sense this is not logical at all as whether or not a car start has nothing to do with time! But I had no choice, although very upset, I left my car there again, PAYING FOR ANOTHER BATTER CHECK SERVICE! Next day is sunday so I came back to the store two days after and guess what, THEY SAID AFTER ANOTHER CHECK THEY CONCLUDED AGAIN THE CAR IS FINE. Having a really bad feeling, I went to my car in the parking lot, GUESS WHAT? THE CAR DOESN'T START RIGHT IN THEIR LOT! I was so angry, but also feel fortunate that this time it happened right in the spot! Came in with hidden anger to tell those teasing staff team about this, that old guy immediately knew what's going on, he went out to check the battery and told me the battery is dead. HELLO? If it's the case why did you tell me the car is fine for twice, letting me pay $180??? The story is not over yet! I paid for a new battery and they said the alternator is dead too. I was so suspicious but since the car can't go anywhere I just had to swallow! I ended up paying almost $400 for both. But, I asked to keep the batter and the alternator even they rejected in the first place. I took both parts to auto part store and asked them to check them for me (they do it for free! I don't know why I paid for fake test in Firestone! ). GUESS WHAT, they said the batter is perfect, just alternator is dying. Everybody, the auto parts store only sell parts for income, they do not charge the examination cost, and in this situation they are willing to tell me the batter is fine up straight, without trying to make me money for the battery! Shame on you Firestone Chippewa! Everybody, NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE, my most sincere suggestion. HIGHER PRICE, WORSE SERVICE!

Do NOT go here!!!

The customer service there has gone downhill for years, but this Saturday they scratched our car! When we got the car back from an emissions test (3 hours later than promised) there was a large new scratch by the driver's handle. Manager Randy had the nerve to say 1) he was standing next the mechanic the entire time he worked on the car (which is completely unbelieveable), 2) we couldn't prove they did it!, and 3) that because we had a dent --barely visible-- at the other end of that quarter panel, we'd eventually have to repaint the car anyway. We left furious. I've never been treated so badly by an auto shop! We're filing complaints with corporate.
