The deep internal stains caused by the antibiotic, tetracycline, can’t be erased with any amount of good brushing and flossing. This can be embarrassing and even depressing to people living with this common problem. Fortunately there is a wonderful solution: the artistic application of beautiful, life-like porcelain veneers. Since the dark stains are actually “inside” the tooth structure, the doctor chose to carefully color the tooth underneath the porcelain so that the combined effect of the tooth color showing through the porcelain, resulted in a beautiful, translucent, living smile look – instead of just a lighter shade of dull.
Crowns
Repair of the previous “Cosmetic” dentist’s attempt to camouflage this patient’s missing lateral incisors. Her cuspids had been “cut down” in an attempt to create the look of lateral incisors. The old mismatched and oversized metal-based crowns on her central incisors and molars, gave the appearance of unhealthy dark lines along the gum line and a kind of “bunny rabbit” look to her smile. Her new smile design was achieved through the use of beautiful, light translucent, all porcelain crowns. The old cuspids were carefully re-designed to become laterals, the 1’st bicuspids became cuspids and the 2nd bicuspids became 1st bicuspids. She now has a lovely, natural array of teeth and an elegant, beautiful new look.

Root Canal Treatment
I have spent the last 5 years ‘dentist hopping’, trying to find one who invites my opinion before laying out a care plan. I wanted to wait until I had finished out the year before writing a review because most have come out of the gate strong but lost me in the curve. I will definately be back next year. I started out seeing Dr Bruch in the Kirkwood office, but transferred to O’Fallon when my job transferred me there, and I realized they offered late appointments tgat made it convenient for me to zip up the road after work. I have been seeing Dr. Bialecki and last night saw Dr Brace due to Dr. Bialecki being on vacation when I had a tooth break off. All 3 dentists have been personable, compassionate and efficient. I ended up having a root canal and it was the least painful root canal I have had, and I’ve had more than my share. I have a lot of work I need done, and at the last appointment, Dr. Bialecki and one or two dental assistants spent nearly 45 minutes going over 3 possible care plans. I couldn’t decide which, so left without getting anything done. I am a procrastinator (hence the broken tooth), and all the staff have been nothing but gracious and patient with me. I look forward to the next year and getting closer to my goal of having all my dental issues resolved. Thank you!

Deep Cleaning
I just finished having dental work done by Dr. Brace and his team. What an AWESOME experience. I do not tolerate mouth pain and being skeptical with a new dentist I was on edge. Dr. Brace and his team were so concerned with if I was having any pain or issues during my procedures. Tonya did a fantastic job on my deep cleaning, Lauren worked so well along side Dr. Brace and I had all the confidence in the world with this group. Sarah remembered me when I walked in and she had only met me once. Stephanie was so helpful when it came to my insurance coverage. If you want a dental group that cares and is concerned for your well being – this is the group to see. I can honestly say – I LOVE MY DENTIST AND HIS TEAM. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant experience being a new patient.
