        Overall

        We have been having trouble with our software for months and the company has been unresponsive. We have been in communication with them and jumped through a long list of hoops to discover the problem to no avail. HAL, a technician there, refuses to come to our office to see what is happening. I firmly believe that if our physician were a man, HAL would be more respectful of our needs and would care about customer satisfaction. If you are looking for an EMR with any kind of support, DONT PURCHASE POWERSOFT.
