Custom Wig Shoppe The

I'm sorry ive worked at custom wig shoppe for 24 years &yes we have to make money to stay in business but I work very hard to put the right person in the wig that is right for them. And the heart break or stopping to hug a crying lady or to just listen as she talks most people don't understand! I nener rush anyone or push anyone to buy. You cant make everyone happy but of the thousandths ive worked on in all these years I have reaceived cards& flowers thanking me for kindness so l rest on all our years of services!

Overpriced and deceptive. Was told by several people that I was ripped off royally for a synthetic wig. Assistants did not seem skilled in matching the wig to your face, usual hair style or color. Had the sense they would sell you anything to make a buck.

I brought my Aunt in, she was going through chemotherapy treatments and began to lose her hair. They had hundreds of wigs to choose from! We were both very happy with the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the wig! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I first walked in there the first thing they said was 'Everything in the store is $200 and up.' So that kind of shocked me because it didnt make sense at all and plus there was not even price tags on anything. Then when you do purchase one they cut the tag out of it (Not even knowing what you're wearing and they wont even tell you). I called to reorder and wanted to know the name brand at least, not even the specific name but the name brand and they told me that they couldnt tell me what I was wearing.

I went to A + wigs and cuts and I paid half of what the custom wig shoppe had me pay. The custom wig shoppe only cares about the money and not the person. They're a rip off!!!!
