Charrette Community Management

My wife and I had an appointment with Cindy at 220pm on 4/23/2016. We waited 30 minutes and she was a no show. She finally contacted us at 303pm, and we asked her to call.



She did call and apologized but then tried to justify not contacting us about her being late (via email) and then tried to shift the blame by saying she was there at 232 pm. Instead of trying to make amends she decided to make excuses and that is what irritated me most.



I would have loved to see those lofts at Bee Hat, but given the amount of attention the management staff gives potential customers, I feel that I might not be able to look past the treatment my wife and I received. I will now wait for a response from Elaine Conroy, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President, whom I have contacted to see if we can see the lofts, when I want to and if we can have someone besides Cindy show us the place.

This company is all about renting apartments and the superficial qualities of a property, but has no interest in or time for effective management of their properties.
