I recently worked with Alex Gorodinsky as the lender in the successful purchase of a property for my client. Alex did a wonderful job and kept us up to date on the loan's progress throughout the transaction and even showed up at closing to go over all the closing loan documents with my buyer.

I highly recommend these guys - they are local, have low interest rates and great customer service to boot! I spent several weeks looking for a mortgage lender and I wish I'd found them right away. The loan officer at Carlson Mortgage was able to offer me a significantly lower interest rate than the lender that I was using before. I did try to go back to my old lender and have them match the interest rate and was explained that it wasn't possible to offer the rate that Carlson was offering since such rates didn't exist and that it would be a 'bait and switch' with a closing that would never take place. This was definitely not the case, my transaction was smooth, the interest rate was honored, the closing was timely and everything was perfect in every way.

Refinancing a condominium is not a very easy task. Carlson Mortgage was able to guide me through the refinance process very smoothly. Both mortgage loan officers that I've dealt with were honest and intelligent. I would like to especially note their attention to detail and fast response times. Oh, and I did shop around. Their mortgage rates were lower than US Bank's and Bank of America's quotes.
