THEY ARE A RIP OFF! THEY MAKE YOU PUT DOWN $100 DEPOSIT AND LIE TO YOU, THAT THEY WILL FIX YOUR PHONE IN A WEEK. THEY KEPT MY PHONE FOR 3 WEEKS AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND! THEY TRY TO GIVE YOU A LONER PHONE, WHICH IS UGLY AND LOW GRADE! STILL DIDN'T GET MY REFUND AND IT'S 6 WEEKS, LATER!





UPDATE 6/19/2014



7 WEEKS LATER, THE COMPANY ENDED UP GIVING ME A REFURBISHED PHONE, BECAUSE, WHEN MY PART FINALLY CAME IN, THE PARTS FROM MY ORIGINAL PHONE WERE MISSING.



I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT COMPANY.

My kid had a cracked screen and needed his phone repaired before he returned to school. He left a $150 deposit with Captain Mobile and was told he would have his phone in 5 to 7 days. 21 days later, after contacting 3 other people at his school to find him to alert him of a family emergency, I went to Captain Mobile to get his phone so I could take it somewhere else who could give me the phone back in 5-7 days for real. they refused to return my money or my phone. I had to call the police to get my broken phone back. The part still wasn't there yet. I was told, "if you sue, it will cost you $2000 to get your $150 back." Real "nice" guy. Thanks for helping a single Mom with 2 kids in college, and sick parents.
