        Please do not trust the BBB ratings they are extremely flawed. If a business responds they will close your case as "satisfied" and still the business is left with a good rating. Please seek other avenues when you want to report a business! Call the consumer office for guidance. If they give you the website for BBB use caution. If you ever have problems with a mechanic repair shop. Reach out to the DMV for a automotive repair complaint form. If a business try to be deceptive during emmissions and safety reach out to the Missouri State Highway Patrol to file a complaint. My vehicle was rigged from a shady business during the emissions and safety inspection. That business is now on a watch list to protect consumers. Just be careful with the BBB. Write a complaint online, attorney General, small claims and etc. Don't let BBB be your final destination. Ratings are not Accurate.

        I filed a complaint against TRANE (HVAC Company), whose corporate office is in Missouri. The MO BBB passed it off to the BBB in TEXAS!!!
