Beishir Landscape Maintenance Inc

Beishir took over all of J&J lawn service in 2014. I used J&J for years. In the fall of 2014 I was directed to Beishir for fall leaf clean up. I was satisfied with the clean up. But I was not happy that they did not inform me of what day they planned to do the work. When I returned home from work one day I was pleased to see that my yard was leaf free except that sinse I didn't know they were coming that day, I didn't leave my back gate unlatched. My gate is not accessible from the outside. Beishir's workers did not call me to ask permission to enter my yard. They jumped, or climbed a 6 foot privacy fence, entered my back yard, removed the leaves, and then left my gate unlatched. This wouldn't bother me much if I didn't have 3 dogs. My dogs bark a lot and I'm sure they were aware that several dogs were inside the house. People with gongs don't leave their gates unsecured. And they expect contractors for hire to leave a residence as they found it. If they hopped the fence to get it, they can hop the fence to get out. I also noticed that a leaf rake of mine was gone from the yard. I later found that on the outside of the fence, behind my trash cans, with the handle broken in half. I complained to Beishir and received no reply from them. After reviewing a complaint from a consumer on the BBB page, it's obvious that Beishir does not care about small jobs. They'll get to you at their own convenience, and they don't communicate well with their clients on smaller jobs. I give the 1 star lack of courtesy, care, communication, and customer service. No reply or follow up on a complaint means the company does not care.
