Dragon Tiger Kung Fu Center

The Dragon Tiger Kung Fu Center is a great place to study Martial Arts. I have been having the time of my life. The Sifu (Instructor) is Top Notch, he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Kung Fu that he teaches. There exists a nice balance between Self Defense,Chinese Cultural and Medicinal studies. I feel like I'm learning a true art form, a way of life rather than just learning a whole bunch of fighting techniques. The classes are small and what I like best is that all the instruction is done one on one with me in a group setting. The Instructor does not teach the whole class at one time, so I feel like I'm getting very personalize attention. I find the classes not only exciting and challenging but also a heck of a lot fun. I study the Shaolin Kung Fu but I have also observed one of the Tai Chi Class for adults and another for children. I was very impressed with both classes I saw. I have to say the kids class was a blast to watch. I sat there amazed as I watched 6 and 8 year old kids tossing the Instructor around the room like he was a sack of potatoes. The Sifu is one of the few Instructors who teaches the combative aspects of Tai Chi. Seeing these kids working their techniques, proved to me how effective Tai Chi can be for Self Defense, even if you are a kid.
