Wonderful friendly staff. They take excellent care of my fur babies. I highly recommend.

Have been taking my fur babies to New Horizon since its beginning. Drs.Puskarich and Moore are tops in the field. Very attentive to owners and gentle with the patient.
The staff is very kind and helpful. They're always willing to help in any manner that they can.
The kennel workers have always treated our "babies" as if they were their own.
A first class hospital !

I was from out of town and my 13 yr old Yorkie became very ill and had to be put to sleep. The Staff and Doctor were extremely understanding and caring in this difficult time . I also had my 15 month old daughter with me and the ladies at front desk took care of her while I said my goodbyes to my sweet fur baby.I had her cremated since I was from out of town and within a few days I received my sweet fur baby back in a little wooden box and they also gave me a clay disc with her paw print. I really appreciate the way they took care of my fur baby and myself.

Called twice about an emergency appointment. Once for one of my animals and once for my neighbor. When I called for myself I was told it'd be $350 Just to walk in the door and I couldn't even get an emergency appointment till the following day. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I called again about a month later for my neighbor who was trying to find the closest emergency vet because his regular vet is out of town and they have no vet on staff. How do you run a 24 hour clinic and never have a vet there. And rude staff on top of that. Take your animals somewhere else.
