I tried giving this place ZERO stars for my review... The lowest it would accept was one.

Terrible Terrible Terrible! The staff there is unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, and incompitent! They left my family member on the wrong floor after a "therapy" session. Just pushed them off the elevator in a wheelchair and left. Didn't even put them in their room! They were incapable of wheeling themself to the elevator, and stayed there for HOURS before another family member of mine found them! The staff didn't even help!!!!!!!! Also, they were giving them the wrong medication, stuff we were specific about NOT giving!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!

DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO SHORE POINTE NURSING CENTER. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS NOR DO THEY CARE. MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY BECAUSE SHE GOT A BAD INFECTION AFTER HER SURGERY. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO SHOREPOINT !!!

The last person who commented was a past housekeeper that got terminated because of poor performance. She is a low class,stupid person who thinks she has all the answers but surprise Arvilla!

the last inspection conducted by the state there was 25 citations. one of them actually stopped the admission and discharge flow in and out of the center because it was so bad. the staff is ridiculous, the director of the center shows no concern. they hire in staff that promptly leave on their own because of these conditions. again, like the last post, i'd like to give them 0 stars.

Please take it from me first hand, this place will leave their patient unattended for hours while they are busy yucking it up at the front desk and trying to teach each other the latest dance moves or better yet catch up on their gossip! My grandmother was placed in the care of SORRY Shorepointe Nursing a month ago, shortly after arrival, a Dr assessed her in a matter of 3 minutes...c'mon now! They didn't even perform proper testing or anything! They think showering a person 2 times a week is sufficient!!!!! We have had to go shower her ourselves in order to assure her hygenine is being kept up, as well as change her clothes and everything else ourselves....why are they being paid???! Her room was located verrrrry proximate to the front desk and she stil isnt being properly cared for....as a matter of fact they administered the completely wrong medication for 12 days straight before we caught it because she was like a wet noodle and completely went down hill in a matter of 2 weeks of being there.....way worse then ever before in life!!!!! THIS PLACE IS PITIFUL WITH ASSURING THE CARE OF ANYONE IN THERE!!!!!!! They leave residents sleeping in their wheelchairs and screaming in their rooms and don't bother to interact with them at all!!!!!! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!! YOUR LOVED ONE WILL DEGRESS AND NOT RECEIVE THE PROPER CARE NECESSARY. THIS IS A PERSON LIFE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE!!!!! It is unfortuntate that the staff only cares about congregating in a huddle and concerned with their personal lives and not the care of their patients which allows the place to be in business. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!!!!
