        Overall

        We have had a very disappointing experience with this organization. My wife has been waiting for several weeks to receive her first disability check relating to an operation on her shoulder surgery she received in early October this year. The recovery period is very lengthy and she is likely not able to return to her position as nurse until January or February next year causing us a great hardship. In the mean time calls are not being returned and promises are being made that aren't being kept. Terrible experience!
