Hello I have been going to this shop for almost 5 years now. I can't explain how much money they have saved me and all the extras I get as a loyal customer. I had issues with my car shaking due to tires. They switched them all and I got new breaks. All in one day. If you want to save money and time I would suggest this place.

My car needed an oil change and a tie rod fixed and it was a last minute notice but champs made room for me and got both problems fixed in a very timely manner. The price was also very good compared to the competition. They have respectful and knowledgable staff that got me in and out and explained the work simply and effectively. They are a great business!

I brought my car to Champs last week to have a few problems fixed. It took them two days to get my car back to me and the problems were not even fixed. I brought my car back and they kept it for three days. When I picked up my car both my key fabs did not work, my seat warmer did not work. I told them the problem and they stated that they could not help me and were extremely rude. I explained to them that these two things were working when I brought my car to them. They denied that they had anything to do with the situation.

DO NOT GO TO CHAMPS, DO NOT GO TO CHAMPS. this place just about destroyed my car after an oil change. they crushed the oil filter by putting it on so tight. they stripped out my oil plug because they use a impact gun on the oil plug? wth? impacts are for lug nuts. Had I seen reviews about this place I never would have taken my car here, i thought because they were attached to kmart they could do a better job than property destruction, these guys are Hacks!

I took my car there for an oil change twice. The 1st time it took them an hour to do it. The second time they stripped the drain plug in the oil pan, and they tried to cover it up by putting silicone on it incase it leaked. The only reason I know this is because Walmart could not get the drain plug out and I looked at it after wards. Now I have to buy a new oil pan and install it. Ill never go back there again WHAT A BUNCH OF F^@KIN HACKS.
