This was the best experience ever at an urgent care. Every one, and there were quite a few staff present, was beyond nice! I was in and out quickly and believe my care was excellent!

I actually prefer to go to Our Urgent Care rather than my regular doctor or my sons pediatrician when it comes to regular illnesses that you won't need a Specialist for.



They have caught things that both my regular doctor and my sons pediatrician have missed. Most recently with my oldest son who was 10 Our Urgent Care took the time to really honestly listen to what both my son and I had to say and to l look in his ears rather than a quick glance and the doctor caught a severe ear infection which had been making his temp spike to 103 and he was miserable whereas his pediatrician looked in his ears and didn't even notice anything, just said he must have the cold that was going around and suggested to go get him some over the counter cough syrup. He didn't even have a cough. So, within hours I took him to Our Urgent Care because he was so miserable. The doctor at Our Urgent Care said it was extremely red and irritated and it was one of the worst ear infections he had ever seen. He prescribed not only antibiotics but also something for his pain and he was back to his normal self and fever and pain free in no time!



And just 2 days ago after a trip to my own doctor, feeling miserable with such a congested chest and trouble breathing my doctor prescribed some odd antibiotic that actually made me so sick and actually hallucinate. And after Googling the antibiotic it turned out that so many people had the very same reaction to this medication. My doctor didnt even warn me about the side effects. He just blew it all off as a chest cold.

When I was able to drive the next day I went to Our Urgent Care. They checked my oxygen levels and actually gave me a breathing treatment right there in the office. Properly diagnosed me with acute bronchitis, pneumonia and an upper respritory infection.

Also knowing I have pre testing for a knee replacement that's coming up, that I would have to successfully pass a chest X-Ray this Friday or they would cancel my surgery they are aggressively treating everything with antibiotics and a serious succession of doses of a steroid so it will be all clear by the time I go for my X-Ray. Not many places would even care about that. But they do. They care about you as a person and what you are going through in the big picture not just in the moment with the get them in and out asap and take their money attitude.



Everyone there is so kind, thoughtful and genuinely care about their patients and most rare of all these days they stop and look at you while you speak and actually listen. They are a dying breed unfortunately and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

So quick, the doctor is awesome, totally understanding of me have my two kids with me. Super fast and reliable. I love it, and will definitely be back.

I went in after popping my ankle & was seen before I had finished updating my paperwork. I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be seen. Beats the ER wait any time. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who has to be seen quickly. 5 stars to the whole staff!

My daughter fell on her birthday and needed stiches. I brought her here and told them that she was more upset about missing her birthday party than the pain. They quickly got her in stiches up, stickers, a popsicle and back in time for the magician! We will definitely start coming here for the minor emergencies!

I have always been please with the service at this urgent care. As soon as I'm done with the paperwork, I get called back and taken care of quickly. Of course, the more people there, the longer it takes, but I have never waited longer than 45 minutes from start to end. Staff is very friendly, and know what they are talking about. I would recommend them to anyone.
