I went in to have my grey roots retouched and to get some low lights and a few foils. What a great job and very professional and artsy girl that did my hair. Supervision was given appropriately and my hair turned out great.. Not brassy like some experiences- she matched me well. I would go back in a second. Saved me about 80 bucks and just as good of a job.

I went here growing up...I guess I knew some of the students at the time ( or my mom did) and I loved what they did. They took time on my hair and cared. HOWEVER, today I went to the salon. First off, nearly all the staff were out back smoking...not very appealing. Two, I asked for suggestions on my hair. They were rude and basically made it seem like their salon was the best option. I trusted them as I did in the past. The girl who did my hair however was careless. She couldn't put the foil in my hair right and struggled to even apply the color (which was supposed to be caramel..but it is YELLOWISH ORANGE). They said once they dried my hair the color would look better...WRONG. They butchered my hair color. I have these random nasty clumps of hair and legitimately look like a skunk. On top of that...I asked to get my hair trimmed...they took off like 2 inches and then I asked for my bangs to be trimmed...which were originally down to my chin...and are now at my eyebrows. WORST HAIR CUT EVER. WORST HAIR COLOR EVER. I have to now to go to a new salon tomorrow and spend another 100 - 200 some dollars to get my hair fixed. I hate Cyndirella's for what they did. I loved my hair. It was long and beautiful. Now it's choppy and nasty. I've been crying all day. I shouldn't have paid my money and I should have never given that girl a tip. "Grandma" or whatever they call the owner chick is a lazy a** and didn't supervise my hair stylist (whose been there 6 months). Now, I'm left to a disaster. NEVER GOING BACK. NEVER GIVING A GOOD RECOMMENDATION AGAIN!

Don’t go to this salon! My emo hair was at a length and stile that I was very happy with before I came to the salon. The staff was very rude to me accusing me of being late never minding that I just finished an eight hour sift and had traveled an hour to the salon. I asked for some length off, biggest mistake of my life. I asked for a quarter of an inch of my sides she layered it so half of my hair was four inches separate from the rest. She did the same with my bangs cutting them in half when I only asked for an inch, so half of my bangs where to my mouth and half where on my forehead. Half of the back was a whole inch separate the other side and she even put bald spots in my hair. My favorite part was how a large strand of hair was not even cut. It looked like I had a rate tail at the side of my head. The teacher showed up for only a few moments and the student did most of the cut without the teachers help. The scary part of the whole experience was that the student was close to graduating. So if you value your hair avoid this salon like the plague or any hair stylist that graduated from this salon. You can thank me later. My normal stylist had a good laugh when she fixed my hair know it will take 5 months to grow it back.

Don't do it! I had a terrible experience! My hair turned way too white...even after I requested they not leave the dye on the whole time because my hair took very well to color. Then, I got a haircut by a student who is not even half way into her hours and never once did someone come and check my hair. I won't be returning!
