        Overall

        I will be traveling from out of town, and will need to drop off a package while visiting St. Augustine. I called ahead to confirm location of store is close to historic district. Simple question. I was totally taken aback by the girl who answered the phone. Shocked really, just a simple question, and she was rude, defensive , had a mocking tone to her voice,. Not helpful, not professional and quite amazing that anyone would hire her to deal with loyal customers. Not going to this store.

        Overall

        These people are rude and not helpful. I needed a jacket sent to me that I had left in a motel there in St Augustine and they were perfect JERKS. I called a UPS store near there and they were nice and helpful, charged my credit card for their services and sent my jacket to me.

        USE ANOTHER BUSINESS FOR YOUR SHIPPING.
