The UPS Store

This store is a total rip off! My wife went to this location and paid to have packages piked up at our house the following day. I called the store and told the owner/manager to stop this pick up and cancel this order He told me that there was no problem with cancelling the pick up but he was not about to give us back our $186 . He said once we paid that was it. I called UPS and was informed that this is not a UPS store but is privately owned store and they can do nothing. this store has had numerous complaints. The owner/ manager was extremly rude and un helpful. I am a combat 100% disabled combat vet, and this really effected our Christmas.
As of yesterday the store had a whole list of negative reviews, now there are none. Don't deal with this store there is a UPS drop off site at World Golf Village and an actual store On Old St Augustine Rd.

The worst ( privately owned store--get this--that is right) not to be dealt with whatsoever! This Store is not a UPS store...UPS will tell you that. World Golf Village residents need to petition the Attorney General's Office to CLOSE THE DOORS! They have scammed SO MANY PUBLIC...their attitude is the worst, they have scammed several customers, and they fake faxes out of their store and collect your money...Before you even know if it was sent!!. Then they give you some kind of FAKE TRANSMISSION paper with nothing stating the fax was even sent. The employees must have a good time there stealing money from the Cash Register. THIS STORE IS A FRAUD! Do Not Allow Yourself To Be Frauded By This Poor Quality outlet with absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have heard they sick the Police on customers when they disagree on Getting No Service-Money Paid Them!
