Piercing Pagoda

My husband and I have been customers for years now,well just recently I lost my band to my wedding set that was bought from them,asked to order a replacement band,was told ok sure I can send an e-mail because I just Ordered one for another customer,got a phone call today telling me they no longer have this ring at all on my voicemail maybe I should go to zales and see if they have similar band,really?you told me you just Ordered one for another customer,so I called and spoke to the lady and got told oh hers was size 8 yours was a 5 well maybe I can order a 6 she says,so by this time im confused which one is it on my voicemail you say they no longer have this ring,but now you can order a 6 not cool!!!!we had stopped buying for awhile because of a prior incident with the same lady,so maybe she just doesn't want to help us.sad because we are good customers so we will see what happens when she calls me back,but its not helping your business for your employee to send us to zales,we bought our wedding set here..
