Excellent Job!



Paint Service, Inc. did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. Jim wrote us an estimate on site. Jim also itemized everything they would be doing from pressure washing, sealing cracks, priming, etc. We will be using Paint Services again. :)

The only comment I can make about this company is that they don't give you an estimate. Jim met us at our home on a friday and said he would email us a quote on Monday. After not receiving an email on Monday, we followed up with a phone call on Tuesday to check if they had inadvertently sent the quote to an incorrect email address or had not had time to prepare a quote yet. Peggy informed us that she didn't know (or seem to care by her attitude) if Jim had prepared a quote. On Wednesday, Peggy called to let us know that Jim was on a BIG job and did not have time to prepare a quote or time to "do our job". So basically, they wasted our time by coming out and making promises they could not deliver. I don't know how a company can survive if they make selling 101 mistakes!

I hired Paint svc to come and help me with the refacing of my home. I was immediately impressed with the fact that they arrived at the time that they specifide. Upon their arrival, they were very attentive toward my needs, thet were very careful in the relocation of my furnishings, They were swift and accurate in the protection of my belongings. The men of paint service, obviously realize that the less the customer is inconvenienced, the better. A job that I would have thought would take days, took merelely hours. The imposition to me was minimized in a manner that I would not have thought possible. The end result of their work was Impeccable. I would hire Paint Service for all of my home decor and esthetic maintance needs without question.
