Cutting Edge Hair Studio

Been going there for many years. John has NEVER been anything but polite and he is a fun person. Both John and Roe are very polite. They are fantastic stylists. I have tried several less expensive places, but always go back. It is true, you get what you pay for. Excellent salon, excellent service!!! Highly recommend.

While making an appointment over the phone with the owner John, I tried explaining what I wanted done to my hair (had some really bad experiences) and he kept cutting me off (RUDE), rushed me off the phone (NASTY) and hung up on me (HUH?...). Unfortunately I had to call back to cancel because my son didn't want to get dressed (he's autistic). John took the call and told me since I had never been there and he doesn't know who I am (OKAAAY?) whenever its convenient for me (EXCUSE ME?) to call and he'll "squeeze" me in. Squeezing me in was nice, I suppose, only that his tone again was rushed, loud, rude, and he hung up on me AGAIN!!!!

OK, so, I'm not a business owner, BUT I would think to get to "know" someone you'd have to invite them in. How do you get them in? Uhhh be nice on the phone? Right! Sound interested on the phone? Right! Seem like you care over the phone? Sure, why not!

BTW I was only going because they had advertised a 50% off coupon in a local flyer but I wouldn't go even if they were giving free hair services.
