This was the most effortless appointment. All billing was handled in the office with my insurance company and a technician showed up at my office twenty minutes later. It only took about 30 minutes for the work to be completed and the technician refused a tip when I offered it to him for being prompt.

The warranty work they provide cannot be beat and even though we have not had to use the warranty, it is nice to know that If need be they will back it 100%.
