        Overall

        Horrible people. Robert Winger in particular made sure that we left this company with a horrible taste in our mouths. We had nonpotable water in our apartment for 10 months, and Whisler literally did nothing about it -- even though we fought the whole way! Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY.
