Vis a V

I got a $100 gift certificate and decided to try this place.



First of all, the receptionist was not approachable. She was on her cellphone most of the time not to mention cussing. Anyways, I asked for blonde partial highlights. The lady who did my hair & I agreed on a "sunkissed" color. The color didn't turn out good. It was a dark brown--which wasn't really noticeable against my black. She asked if I had any other colors in my hair or is it all natural. My hair was all natural black when I first entered Vis a V--so she didn't say anything. She just ignored the fact that the color didn't turn out good. Not to mentioned, the lady did a very quick and messy job. She didn't dye my hair close to the roots nor did she try. I didn't say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing. She also made the receptionist washed my hair. I was thinking to myself, "What the--Is she certified to touch my hair?!?" I then waited 10 minutes in my chair while she was still working on another client before I walked out with wet hair--I didn't bothered for them to dry my hair..I was more ticked off when they charged me for the whole $100 certificate for partial highlights. The funny thing was that I went to Regis Salon straight afterwards (same day) and asked the Regis stylist for the same highlights at Vis a V. The Regis stylist recommended that I colored my whole hair before highlights because she thought that the highlights I got at Vis a V was outgrowing..
