My mom brought my childhood pets to Mueller and we always received great care so I knew when I became an adult, I would trust Mueller to take excellent care of my fury family.

The Pet Inn is the only place I bring my little pug. They make her look fabulous. Top notch groomers.

They take care of our dog Diesel. The staff are all wonderful to him and he loves to be around the other dogs. It is great to know that you can trust the people at The Pet Inn to take care of your pup for you.

We moved out of the area a few years ago and haven't found anything comparable to Mueller Medical Center. By far the best!

They get to know each pets personality and go out of their way to give them personal attention. The facility is beautiful and clean and they have a wide range of services for animals.

The doctors and the staff real...

The doctors and the staff really care about our pets and us, they are very knowledgeable, explain procedures and options completely, and offer appropriate alternatives. They do a great job.

Overall
doctor great, reception not and assistants not so much

Went in for an emergency ... 4 receptionists standing around and not a single person in the lobby, she tells me the next appt is in an hour so I was charged emergency fee. Joann hands me an intake form and proceeds to ask me every single question on the form AS I am filling it out so she can enter it in the computer, ... just wait for it lady , do your job with the data entry .. thats why I AM FILLING IT OUT! Finally I flip the paper around and say "here", with a smug giggle, she says" just go ahead and sign and date at the bottom", now I guess I didn't even need to complete the form. I wasn't filling it out fast enough to begin with.

The assistant tells me in the room that maybe I should put a bell around my dogs neck so I know where she is, as if the 3 clanging dog tags around her neck weren't enough. I'm not an idiot. So.. you mean a frickin cow bell right?... because I know you are not talking about a little kitty bell.

Refund Granted

A previous pet was a regular patient at this hospital. While the vets are good, the office management is deplorable. We left as a regular patient after a request for itemization of a bill revealed charges for services that weren't rendered. It was a fight to get the charges off. Another pet recently needed emergency assistance. Due to my previous experience, I asked at check in 1) if they had a price list (answer: "not one that we provide to people") and 2) what my office visit charge would be for the day. I was told $46.80. At check out, I was charged $111.20. When I disputed the charge, I was told they were sorry for the "miscommunication"; however, no one was willing to correct the fee. I will be contacting the Vet Med Board, the BBB, CA's DCA, as well as sending a letter to their owner and business manager. This place is a racket and I recommend going elsewhere for your services.

As a follow up to my 8/7/08 posting, I sent a certified/return receipt letter to the owner of the hospital requesting a refund of the difference between the quoted price for my office visit and the price assessed. I have received a short note from the owner apologizing for the 'confusion' with the refund.

Best Vet in Midtown

The doctors and staff are great. They call you for follow up and treat your animal with gentle kindness and expertise. I would not take my beloved pets anywhere else. Reasonable prices on emergency calls and holidays too!
