Not very happy right now with A1 because last year I needed 4 new tires $600 then needed shocks another $200 then within year new shocks needed and replaced. $160 in labor now I need this arm because the shocks are not absorbing the road bumps. I was told that would be another $300. Why couldn't it be fixed RIGHT the first visit. Mr Jr. is so nice and checks your auto but you keep spending monies on these labors not to mention foreign parts from China Russia Japan and only GOD knows where. Not finished with this complaint. horrible place to buy a car from. yea they deal with banks who will buy bad credit BUT they will sell you bad cars!



took a month for me to buy a dodge charger from them which had issues the day i went in to see it.



they agreed to fix everything wrong with it so i bought it. went back 4 days later to pick it up and was told it didn't pass smog and needed to go to dodge. was at dodge for 2 weeks waiting for a new pcm to come in.



after waiting for 2 weeks it finally came back but then they wanted to put new brakes and rotors on it which took them 4 days!



bank called me wanting to know how its going and if its ok to fund the deal on the car. i told them the owner said it will be done friday so they would call back mon. to confirm.



got it back friday night and didnt drive much over the weekend and got the call mon asking if its ok to finish the deal and fund the dealer for it. i told them it was said to be fixed and no check engine light on so yea go ahead.



deal was funded but 2 days later the check engine light came back on. i found holes in the exhaust pipe and brakes were making noise and now an oil leak from the oil pan!!!



owner of GS1 now wont take care of any repairs on it that he said he would take care of now that he has the money for it.



basically out of luck and now on the hook for the cost of all that plus the shocks are shot and need replacing and brakes need to be redone since they didnt do them right.



no way this passed smog with holes in exhaust pipe so they must of used another charger to smog it which is illegal. dmv investigations will be looking into that one



sorry daniel garcia, the owner, you should of taken care of the repairs you said you would of. now i have to take legal steps to get this resolved and deal unwound.



dont trust these guys, they will tell you anything to put you in a car but once they have the money from finance company they will ignore you
