Yes, I experienced the same problems with the supervisor -- her name is Carol -- that ElizabethM reported. I have no idea why she wants to make up her own rules and policies for "her" post office. Guess she's on a power trip.

This would be more stars and maybe even four stars if not for the unsavory and annoying female who is the supervisor here. It appears that this female is the supervisor here as she is not one of the usual people working behind the counter (she is usually asking the line if they have something to pick-up, etc.). I don't know what on earth is wrong with this person but she basically kills most, if not all, of the good aspects of this post office, which is the very good to great service I receive here from most of the employees.



To get down to details, I have an online business and I am usually at this post office about three times a week (will only have to go about two times a week from now on, THANK GOD). Anyways, the last straw in letting all this go and not saying or doing anything about this person was when I picked up two Priority Mail empty boxes they offer for free (these two are for board games) as I was leaving. I always use their boxes and these are always offered free to customers. She told me, in a rather abrupt tone, "You can order those online. Those ones were donated." In other words, "You can't have those boxes. You have to order them online" (?!?!?!)!!! UH, I am a CUSTOMER!!! And, by the way... if I were to order boxes online, I would never get them 'cause they WOULD get stolen from my doorstep!!! I have, also, heard her being rather rude to other customers in line on a continual basis. I know that postal service work must be hard but other than that being her choice to work there, you are supposed to be POLITE to the customers (HELLO?!?!?!)!!! Too many annoyances to say about this jerk.



I will have to come back to this review for possible editing but just wanted to get this info. out there as it should be about terrible customer service! Unfortunately, this post office- NOT suggested!!!
