Tire And Wheel Mart Inc

Went there back in December to have our tires rotated. We were really happy with the service. Last night we got a flat and they tightened the lugnut on too tight and now its stripped. We called to ask them for help and the guy my husband spoke to was told we absolutely could not drive it to them because the tire was completely flat. So he gave him his cell phone number, told him to send him pictures and our home address so he knew what tools to bring. An hour goes by and we call them again because we have to go to work and we were instantly given attitude and him saying he never said anything about coming over even though we had just text the number he gave us. He was very rude, swore at my husband and hung up. I tried to call back and talk to him like a person and 2 different people got on the phone to yell at me, talk over me, and swear at me when I was just trying to have an actual conversation with this guy to try and diffuse the issue and get some answers. Yes, I swore back but what do you expect when you cant even get a word out and you're being sworn at like a piece of crap? I just wanted them to fix the problem they caused. You guys were completely rude and disrespectful to someone who was just trying to get my tire fixed so I could get to work and feed my kids. I'll be sure to spread the word that if you want to be treated like trash this is the place to go.

I have never seen customer service as bad as these people! Rude and unprofessional does does not even come close to describing this business! I would not trust them to do any work on my car even if my life depended on it! STAY AWAY!!!

If you want to be ripped off and lied to, then this is the shop for you. I only wish I could have given less than one star.

Very good prices and service. I have used a lot of little shops like this (vs big chains that charge for air and valve caps) for tires and rims the past 30 years. Bought two tires and alignment, very good prices and service.
