I firmly believe that families should not be ripped apart if it is possible to keep families together by filing a successful immigration application. Therefore I am dedicated to using my knowledge and experience to untangle the legal complications that keep so many families separated. Immigration law is constantly evolving with technology and methods to improve efficiency and equity. I look upon each client as an individual and evaluate each case according to its unique factors.         Overall

        It's my assessment that Kaushik with his calmness, confidence and experience had said the right things and have given the right directions from time to time, which made me feel, "well I am in good hands, no need to worry." And today, in spite of my laziness to acquire the needed documents, I have got the waiver within 10 months and 8 days. It is also important to mention that Rosanna - Kaushik's case manager - was always there over a phone call.
