Pilot Freight Services

Our company ships all over the US and overseas. We have used Pilot Freight Services (formerly Pilot Air Freight) for 8 years. I have found the service to be exceptional and the people who work for Pilot to be exactly what you would want from any business: efficient, courteous, and helpful. It's certainly possible for any business to make a mistake, including mine ~ companies are after all peopled by fallible human beings. But as a consumer, I look at an 8 year track record of exemplary service, and am completely satisfied with Pilot and will continue to use them for my shipping needs.

I would like to warn anyone or any company that is considering using this service to not do so! They are horrible!!! They messed up the delivery zip code and sent it to Sacramento when it was supposed to be sent to the San Diego area. Every time I call a I talk to a different person and everyone tells me different things. We have been told 6 different arrival dates so far and all of them have come and gone and still nothing. We are told that the time frame it could be there is 10am-5pm. I mean seriously people need a little smaller time frame especially when you wait all day at your house for this to arrive. Originally it was promised to be delivered on the Dec.21 and it's now Jan.3. Do not support this company as you will never be told the same thing twice or they may not even have record of your order and no one will transfer you to even a supervisor. Just please be warned, bottom line if you purchase something online check to see who they ship with because you do not want Pilot Air!
