Mr Security Camera

Horrible experience! I feel taken advantage of and put at risk! As a woman.I paid over 400 for install only to have a system that doesn't work!plus 500 for a system. I tried to have them come back and the tech refused, the scheduler abused me verbally and hung up and the owner denied any future service! There is no warranty on labor! They say on their voicemail there is! What a lie! False advertising!And they won't tell you that up front if you buy your own system! They put my family at risk! I have been unable to record on the DVR and only accessed live on my phone as the computer crashed fir over a year!They won't tell me how to update the IP on a new router. They don't care at all about my safety and refused to talk unless they recorded it! They charged me 2 hours 200 to sit on the phone with the manufacturer as they were not familiar with Zmodo and said it was my fault! And what a courtesy to me that they did that! Drama! Called 4x and texted only to have no appointment. The tech lied and said he was the owner! I have voicemails that are abusive after I was hung up on! I wasn't even asking for a refund although I deserve one after all the mistreatment!I just wanted them to get my router and new computer up! Several months ago the tech texted me they were booked out 6 weeks so here I am waiting with a restraining order! Don't do business with this company! They are not honest, they are abusive and are not willing to remedy or take any accountability for their work and will charge you an arm and a leg for nothing!! And threaten legal action! They have no interest in providing protection to keep you from being injured which should be a core value of a company like this! Luckily I was present to be able to take live shots when it was working to give to the police but now I have nothing and the manufacturer is closed and no tech knows how they set it up.

They did what i paid them for. Not problems yet.

Mr Security Camera came to my home last Saturday and fix my DVR system so that I could view it from my Apple iPhone. He was fast and had my Camera system done in less then a half hour. The best security camera company in Sacramento, Ca.
