Miosa Bride

I would recommend that any new bride go here and try on dresses, the service is uncanny-- the women really focus on what you want on your special day and they are not just trying to make a sale.

Daughter #2 is getting married & we have been to every salon she could find including this store on 3 occasions. Miosa was excellent at helping her find the right style & even the designers that suited her best, but daughter had a vision in her head & none of the dress were it though two were close. A designer she liked came out with a new gown and no one had it including Miosa. We finally found it at another salon but they wanted full payment up front, which is always scary as it leaves the customer with no recourse if anything goes wrong. Furthermore, they did not have a seamstress on site to discuss the alterations and modifications my daughter wanted...so we came back to Miosa where we had a stellar experience with my other daughter. Miosa was great they ordered the dress and best of all they were able to get us the trunk show price for this designer.

Excellent first impressions and dress shopping experience with sales consultant Annie. She was helpful, intuitive, and fun. She impressed my family with her ability to hone in on which dress was really my favorite, despite the typical bridal confusion. She really made the experience a good one, and though I didn't make my decision that day, it was some of her comments I kept coming back to that helped make my final decision a few weeks later.

Wonderful experience!!! Everyone was very helpful, and with a group of 6 with me, everyone was treated excellent! Even my niece who is 4, when she got impatient, she got to try on a flower girls dress and she was so happy! Customer Service was perfect!! They had wonderful recommendations on accessories, and did not try to show and sell you the most expensive items. They really listened to my budget and stayed under even with my accessories and I felt beautiful. I can't wait to come back for my first fitting!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Annie was amazing. She listened to me 100% and pulled everything I could think of. I had a horrible experience later that day at another bridal shop that put me into tears when I left! All I could think about was the dress I fell in love with back at Miosa. I am coming back to get my dress!!!! My Associate Sabrina Rozetti was wonderful I was so comfortable with her she brought me exactly what i was looking for, she really listened to me and understood my style. She was a true doll! My experience at Miosa Couture in Sacramento was the best by far.

My experience here at Miosa was like a fairy tale! This place is beautiful and the staff is great, especially Sue. She helped me find my dress, I originally tried on the dress I fell in love with at a different bridal store but the staff there didn't not make me feel confident in buying it:/... But when I came to Miosa and Sue promised me she can get me the same exact dress with the changes I wanted to make to it and it would be perfect and the dress of my dreams!!! I was very glad to hear that and I said yes to my dress!! I recommend the bridal store and ask for Sue!! She's the best!

Good Morning, My name is Kimberly. I was wedding dress shopping on 4/8/15 and found the perfect dress after only 10 dresses. I just wanted to say Thank you so much to Annie. Not only did she put me in all different types of dresses, she also tolerated my family (which can be a chore). Annie took her time, was extremely patient, kind, and I want to say that when I picked the final dress she actually jumped and clapped for me. Thank you Annie for everything that you did for us yesterday. All of the employees at Miosa are extremely caring and it really feels as if they truly enjoy their job. Annie made this process so easy for me. I came in not expecting anything. I did not have any clue as to the type of dress that I wanted. I went into the salon figuring I would not find the dress. I was preparing myself to look for possibly a month or so. WOW ANNIE - JUST THANK YOU SO MUCH. I think that our appointment even went over the hour and a half allotted time. I can not wait to come back and see everybody at Miosa again, especially Annie. My family and friends said that Annie was amazing. She complimented me and made me feel as though I was the only future bride in the salon. She was so caring about me that it felt as though she had been a friend of mine for years. I felt as if I was with family. Heck I didn't even care that she saw me partially naked and for me that is a huge deal. I just can't not thank Annie enough. I can't wait until the dress fitting in a few months. I will also be referring my family and friends to Miosa if they need a bridal gown or a dress for a wedding. This place felt like home. Everything was fantastic! I am still pinching myself over this visit! Michael is the best at what he does and really listened to all my requests. He found me to most amazing dress and worked with my style and budget, on the first try! I am so thankful for Miosa and the staff, they were amazing and wonderful. If I know anyone dress shopping, I will 100 percent refer them to Miosa!
